Features
Everything Adatnama does, plainly described
A habit tracker has one job: make it easy to show up today and satisfying to look back on a month. Every feature below serves one of those two ends, starting with how simple a habit is to set up.
01 · Daily tracking
The part you'll do every day, kept light
Open the app and today's habits are the first thing you see. Checking in is one tap, and everything else is optional.
One tap marks today done
Tap again to undo. The week strip on every habit shows the last seven days at a glance.
Notes when you want them
Jot down how it went. The note stays attached to that day, for the you of next month.
Same-day only, by design
Check-ins happen on the day itself, not retroactively. That's what makes the history worth trusting.
02 · Streaks & freezes
A streak worth protecting, with forgiveness built in
Every habit tracks its current run and your personal best. Miss a scheduled day and a freeze covers it automatically. You give each habit zero to five, and frozen days stay visible in the history.

03 · AI planner
Know the goal but not the habit? Describe it
The built-in assistant turns a goal into a trackable habit. You stay in charge: nothing is saved until you approve the draft.
From goal to plan
Type what you're after, or pick a quick prompt, and the planner proposes a name, a one-line description, and a concrete target for each check-in.
Sensible defaults, all editable
It also picks a schedule and one of your categories to file it under. Change any field before the habit is created.
Always one key away
Press A anywhere in the app to open the assistant. Accept a draft and it becomes a normal habit, streak and all.
04 · Made to fit your week
Habits on your terms
Which days a habit happens, how the list is organized, and what happens when you need a break.
Schedules that match real life
Every day, weekdays, weekends, or any custom mix. Off-schedule days never count against a streak.
Color-coded categories
Group habits into categories you create, each with its own color, so a long list stays scannable.
Search and filter
Find any habit by name, or narrow the list to one category when your collection grows.
Archive instead of delete
Pause a habit with a note about why. It keeps its history and can be restored whenever you're ready.
05 · Circles
Small, private groups that keep you honest
A running crew, a family, two friends with a bet. Everyone shares the habits they choose and sees each other's streaks and daily progress.
Invite with a link or code
Share the invite link or the short code. Regenerate it anytime to close the door behind you.
Share only what you choose
Habits are private by default. Toggle each one into a circle, and everything else stays yours alone.
Borrow a habit that works
Copy a member's habit into your own list with its name, schedule, and target, and start your own streak.
06 · Progress
Watch the check-ins add up
Daily taps turn into weekly rates, streak charts, a shaded calendar, and a year you can take in at a glance.
A year in check-ins
A 12-month heatmap of everything you've done, alongside charts for streaks by habit, check-ins by habit, and how your time balances across categories.
A calendar of your days
A month view shades each day by how much you completed.
Weekly completion, week over week
Six weeks of completion rates side by side, with a weekly goal to stay above 80%.
Achievements and levels
Eight badges for real moments like your first check-in, a perfect week, and a 100-day run, plus a level that grows with every check-in.
07 · Everyday comfort
Comfortable everywhere you are
The practical bits that make it pleasant to live with: online or off, on any screen, at any hour.
Works offline
Habits are stored on your device. Check in anywhere; changes sync when you're back online.
Installs like an app
Add it to your phone's home screen or your desktop and it opens like a native app.
Reminders that reach you
Give any habit a time and a push notification arrives right then, in your timezone, even with the app closed. It only fires on scheduled days, and never after you've already checked in.
Fast from the keyboard
A command menu on Ctrl+K or Cmd+K, N for a new habit, A for the AI planner, and G-then-a-letter to jump to any page. Press ? anytime to see the full list.
Light and dark
Choose light, dark, or follow your device. Your preference is remembered everywhere you sign in.
Sign in your way
Use your Google account or a plain username and password. Either way, your habits follow you across devices.
The best way to see it is to use it
Add one habit tonight and check in tomorrow morning. That's the whole onboarding.
